Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting Islamic Center Bangladesh. Your generous donations help us carry out Islamic education, Dawah, community development, charitable projects, and humanitarian initiatives.

As a nonprofit organization, we value transparency and accountability. Please read this Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a donation.

1. Donations

All donations made through https://islamiccenter.com.bd/ are voluntary and are used to support our charitable, educational, and religious activities.

Because donated funds are generally allocated and utilized promptly for our ongoing programs, donations are normally non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• A duplicate payment was made.
• An incorrect donation amount was entered due to a genuine error.
• An unauthorized or fraudulent transaction occurred.
• A technical or payment gateway error resulted in an unintended donation.

Refund requests made for reasons other than those listed above will generally not be approved.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the donation date.

Please include the following information:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Donation Date
• Donation Amount
• Transaction ID or Payment Reference
• Payment Method
• Reason for the refund request
• Proof of payment (receipt, bank statement, or payment screenshot)

4. Refund Review

Each refund request will be reviewed individually by our finance team.

Islamic Center Bangladesh reserves the right to request additional information before making a decision.

Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

5. Approved Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

• The refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
• Processing generally takes 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
• Any transaction or payment gateway charges that cannot be recovered may be deducted where permitted by law.

6. Non-Refundable Donations

The following donations are generally non-refundable:

• Zakat donations that have already been distributed.
• Sadaqah donations already allocated to charitable activities.
• Qurbani, Ramadan, emergency relief, or other campaign-specific donations once procurement or implementation has begun.
• Donations already spent on approved charitable, educational, or humanitarian programs.

7. Recurring Donations

If recurring donations become available on our website, you may cancel future recurring payments at any time by contacting us before the next scheduled payment.

Cancellation will stop future donations only and will not refund donations that have already been processed.

8. Returns

Islamic Center Bangladesh does not sell physical products through this website. Therefore, no product return policy applies.

If merchandise or publications are offered in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
