## 1. Online Courses

### Paid Courses

* Once a participant has successfully enrolled and received access to the course materials or classes, the course fee is *non-refundable*.
* If a technical issue on our side prevents access to the course and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, we may offer a refund or an alternative solution at our discretion.

### Free Courses

* Free courses do not require any payment; therefore, no refund is applicable.

## 2. Books & Physical Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement or refund within *7 days* of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

* The product must be unused and in its original condition.
* The original packaging should be retained.
* Proof of purchase and photos of the damaged or incorrect item may be required.

## 3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

* Digital products and downloadable resources
* Opened or used books (unless received damaged or defective)
* Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

## 4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the return process described above will apply.

## 5. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

* Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
* Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, but generally takes *7–14 business days*.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong or damaged product).
